Youtube
Uploading a video to youtube is easy. They convert your video file and then you can embed it on your blog / wiki. You will need a youtube account and then find the upload button. When your video is uploaded, you will be able to find the embed code - see share and copy the embed code. When you are in New Post - change the mode to edit HTML and paste in the code.
